Leonard is the Certified Public Accountant of ICPAS, Singapore; Chartered Certified Accountant of ACCA, UK; and Associate Member of ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiner),US. He is also the Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax & GST) of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.

Leonard specializes in accounting, finance, tax, corporate matters and comprehends compliance issues well. He has good expertise in internal control system and had designed a series of internal control procedures for better risk management. He also involved in various corporate restructuring exercise, i.e. merger & acquisition, de-merger negotiation, share & group structure restructuring.
